Bruce Farquhar
Principal
Bruce has extensive experience in the property market in both the leasing and conveyancing areas, particularly in the Wellington Market.  He also has a particular interest in Maori land issues and acts for a number of large Wellington-based Maori land holding trusts.  He is very interested in the leasing market and has extensive experience in regard to subdivisions. Overall, Bruce enjoys the commercial business area and trust and estate planning. Bruce is a Member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand.
